Securities announces the appointment of Dawn Turner as
vice president in the firm's public finance
department. Ms. Turner will be based in
Los
Angeles,
CA and will
report to Bruce Gow, chief product officer, managing
director, public finance.

Ms. Turner
previously worked as an investment banker for A.G.
Edwards & Sons, Inc. in
St.
Louis and
Los
Angeles for eight
years. Ms. Turner has worked with a variety of municipal
issuers in California,
Connecticut,
Michigan and
Texas, and has
originated and completed municipal bond transactions
with a par in excess of $2 billion. Ms. Turner has
sole-managed several financings in California including:
Redding Wastewater, Redding Water, Redding Redevelopment
Agency, South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Cal
State Los Angeles Foundation, CSU Chico Foundation, San
Diego State University Foundation, Cal Poly Pomona
Foundation and the CSU Sacramento Foundation. In
addition, she served as a senior-manager for the State
of Connecticut and the
University of
Connecticut. Ms.
Turner has extensive experience in financial modeling,
debt restructuring and credit analysis.

Montpellier,
Montpellier,
France.
