Stephens Automotive Offers Rewards Program Unlike Any Other

Fred Stephens has a lot going on at his automotive repair business in Macon, Georgia.  As owner of Stephens Automotive since 2005, Stephens has implemented customer appreciation incentives that are highly unusual for a business of this type.

Born in Twiggs County, Georgia, Stephens moved to Macon during his senior year in high school and graduated from Southwest High School.  He has been married to the lovely Selma for 19 years and the couple has three children: Michael, 26; Kenyatta, 23; and Justin, age 14.

Stephens went to work for Riverside Ford straight out of high school in 1980 as a porter.  He would drive the customer’s cars around back for service and then bring them back around when they were done.  Before long, he moved to the Automotive Center of Riverside Ford as a technician apprentice and began training, an endeavor that would last for the entire 19 years that he was with the company (Ford requires this intensive training for as long as you are employed with the organization).  Stephens trained for four months of every year  in various locations such as Tallahassee, FL; Orlando, FL; North Carolina; and Jacksonville, FL,  just to name a few.

Stephens Automotive in Macon, Georgia offers a Rewards Program unlike any other business in the area.  Every new customer receives a card much like a credit card and every service that the customer purchases after that point in time results in the card being swiped and points added to the card.  What’s unusual about this?  What makes this program unique is that the customer can use his/her points for a large variety of things, rather than just more automotive work.  While the customer can certainly use the accumulated points for services such as brake jobs or tune-ups, there are many other items available.  Coolers, grills, and hand drills are available, or how about a Wal-Mart or Lowe’s gift card?  As an added token of Stephens’ appreciation, 1000 points are automatically added to every customer’s Rewards Program card every year on his/her birthday.  You can even purchase a platinum card that automatically includes one free towing and three free oil changes! 

Although Stephens Automotive specializes in Ford Lincoln Mercury vehicles, there is always a technician available to service your GM, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, or any foreign or domestic make.  All kinds of engine repair are available, from brakes to major overhauls.  You can even get your air conditioner serviced at Stephens Automotive.  The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 6pm.
