Al Sharpton is Coming
To Beulahland February 24th

The Rev. Al Sharpton, Jr., is an outspoken and sometimes controversial political activist in the fight against racial prejudice and injustice, is coming to Beulahland Church in Macon, Georgia at 11am.

In 1971, he established the National Youth Movement. We have watched him run for Senate, mayor of New York, and candidate for president, and is now a commentator on MSNBC. He was a tour manager for James Brown in 1973.

Speaking of James Brown, Rev. Sharpton said "What I do functionally is what Dr. King, Reverend Jackson and the movement are all about; but I learned manhood from James Brown. I always say that James Brown taught me how to be a man."

The Beulahland Bible Church family and their Pastor Dr. Maurice Watson would like to extend an invitation to everyone to fellowship with us on Sunday, February 24th as we commemorate Black History Month with a special guest appearance by the Rev. Al Sharpton, Jr. Service will begin at 11am at our Macon campus, 1010 Newberg Avenue.
