Dr. Timothy D. French Celebrating 14th Anniversary

Pastor Timothy D. French was born the youngest of two and reared in Smithville, GA he attended the Public school of Lee County, Leesburg, GA. After completion he enrolled in Albany Technical College, Albany State College (now University System of Georgia), and Morehouse school of Religion. He has served as pastor for churches in Southwest, GA, Southeast, GA and the Middle GA area for the last 31 1/2 years. He has served as past president of the MLK, Jr., Ministerial Association of Americus, Director of Christian Education of the Congress for the Southwest Missionary Baptist Association, Board member of the Flint River Counseling on Aging, Employed with the Terrell County Board of Education and others.

Pastor French understood and understands the importance of continuing education and in 1999 received his seminary training with a Masters in Biblical Studies, in 2002 He received a Doctorate in Ministry, in 2006 a Doctorate in Theology all from Andersonville Theological Seminary. He received his PhD. in Christian Counseling from Newburgh Seminary and Bible College, Newburgh, IN on June 13, 2015

He is married to the former Ms Chandra A. Nelson and they are blessed with five children and seven grandchildren. He is currently serving as pastor of the Beulah Missionary Baptist Church of Macon, where he has served, come June 12, 2016, fourteen years. Since arriving at Beulah a mammoth renovation has taken place, many souls have been added, many souls have gone away but through it all many souls have been enriched by his teaching both near and far. He has served as President of the Baptist Minister's Union 0f Macon and Vicinity, Lecturer for the Union Baptist & Missionary Education Association, Inc., Certified Instructor for the National Baptist CCE. Pastor French is well equipped with the word and is sort after across the country to preach, teach and do various workshops because of his ability to gather people attention. He has a passion for helping others and every year when and wherever there are disasters you will find him there working, and has been since Hurricane Hugo in September 1989. In October 2015, when Hurricane Joaquin hit Charleston, SC he delivered tons of supplies for the flood stricken city. The members of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church would like to say "Thank You" for 14th years of service to us. CONGRATULATION!!!
