On Sunday, July 31, 2011, New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church held services for The Ordination of five Ministers. Ministers Evelyn Price, Joycine Pitts, Jackie Lamar-Epps, Alice Densley, and Russell Bentley. And The Ordination of ten Deacons. Brothers Robert Bailey, Randy Bradley, Alton Clowers, Herbert Dennard, Frank Gibson, Jr., LaGrange Orr, Steve Patterson, Larry Sallette, Zetter Slappy, and Wayne Walker.

Pastor Alfred Hazel. Sr. of White Oak Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Winder, GA preached the sermon, Min. Christine Wiggins gave the report of the Ministers’ Council and Dea. W. James Williams, Sr. gave the report of the Deacons’ Council.

New Pleasant Grove’s Pastor, Rev. Richard Gammage gave the Charge to the ministers and the deacons. Min. Ikie Hart prayed the Prayer of Ordination.
