A
Fayetteville
woman has ribbed up a lottery win. Tammy Coachman, 40,
was one of two Georgia
Lottery players to match the first five
winning
numbers in the Aug. 8 Mega
Millions drawing
and each win a $250,000 prize.
Coachman and her husband, Chester Jr., are
a part of a family-owned barbecue sauce business,
selling a variety of sauces online and in grocery

a new beginning for me from winning on this day,” said
Coachman, who recently moved with her family from
Miami
.
Thomas
Amoco, 450

, sold the Quik Pik ticket. Winning numbers from the
Aug. 8 Mega Millions drawing were: 11-17-28-32-50 and
the Mega Ball was 33. The second $250,000 prize was
purchased in Lawrenceville.
Coachman
checked the Georgia Lottery Web site following the
drawing and discovered her win.
“I
was surprised to see that all of the numbers fell right
in line,” the mother of two said. “After I checked it
again, I just had to sit back for a
while.”
She
anticipates using her prize as seed
money for the family-owned
business.
“I
also want to furnish our new house and pay off bills,”
Coachman exclaimed.
